Few days of polish autumn I spent in Bieszczady

Bieszczady is land of old spirits and shadows, where you can meet a wolf chasing his own dream, where people still speak mixed languages and where you can find traces of old Boyko village in a middle of wilderness.

On my way to Szeroki Wierch hill.

Eyes of the forest

One of the oldest in Poland - orthodox church in Równia village

Solina lake

Ruins of carmelite monastery in Zagórz

Orthodox cemetery

Wilderness near Komańcza

"...and all villagers were moved to USRR" - that's what left from disappeared Boyko village. One of many.
